Hi Everyone,
As far as how I am doing… Right now I miss home. It has been 14 months since I’ve seen my family. That was never my plan. COVID really shook things up. Even though it isn’t easy I feel God’s grace sustaining me everyday. I am so thankful to be in a place where I feel surrounded by family and friends.
Last week I was privileged to go with Silas and a few other staff to a local church that allowed us to share at 3 services about our upcoming schools at Marine Reach. We were blown away by how well it went. God opened so many doors for us and we now have several new opportunities to pray about. One of the cool things that happened was that the pastor invited us to pray for the young adults and share with them one-on-one. God was moving in my heart and stirring up love for the local people and I could see God moving among the congregation. My desire is to build deeper relationships with our local churches through offering evening schools to teach the Bible and disciple hungry followers of Jesus. We have an incredible team who are passionate, gifted teachers and mentors.
Since my last update I received 3 additional donations that have been a great blessing to me. Thank you so much for your kindness! I currently receive about $630 in support each month which is about 55-60% of the monthly support I would need to fully to live in NZ and carry out the dreams God has placed on my heart for the coming year.
As I have been praying about my finances and looking ahead I feel God has led me to set a goal of raising $5,000 over the course of the next month.
