RESIDENCY!

Thank you all so much for praying for us. We have received the life changing news that our residency visa has been granted. This means we can come and go from New Zealand as we desire. We will receive greater healthcare coverage and have the ability to vote. We will no longer have to say we hope we can stay in New Zealand!

We can now say with total certainty that we will be in the United States for 6 weeks starting in September and then 6 weeks in Germany. We are thrilled to finally know for sure that we will be able to visit our family and hopefully catch up with many of you who have been following our journey.

Silas and I have been learning to let go of our stress and take some time to breathe. I (Amy), am very thankful that I’ve been given the opportunity to plan and dream about the future. To evaluate what I’m really good at doing and dive into how I can use my gifts best for the kingdom of God. It’s been a fruitful time for me the last several weeks.
